Enterprise Account Manager Germany (m/f) Essen

Responsibilities

  • To sell celum’s services into the Enterprise market place by generating new business opportunities in specific and exclusive vertical and geographic market segments, interfacing both directly with customers and whenever possible, working through & with celum’s channel partners.
  • Establish relationships with decision makers (Cxx) at Customers and Partners.
  • Marketing the celum software platform to the same Customers and Partners
  • Identifying, researching and targeting prospective business using all available means.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities within the designated Enterprise market
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business trends needs requirements of the relevant Enterprise market and provide regular feedback to the company, especially in terms of new product requirements.
  • Work closely with the Professional Service Organization to ensure the customer is being managed within their expectations and that any opportunities are handled appropriately
  • Liaise with other internal departments as required  to ensure smooth running of all interactions that prospects have with celum
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and sales performance as and when required by management
  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer information within business systems
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal processes including sales order quoting systems

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5 to 7 years experience in channel sales in DACH
  • Graduate degree preferably in business administration or marketing. Higher degree, such as MBA or Marketing qualification from recognized national or international body is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Proven experience in partner sales and channel management within a business to business IT company. Experience of working on a Cxx Level with Partners in DACH is a must. Knowing already the DAM segment and how to address the CMO would be a clear advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), German language and English (German as native) are a must.
