Global Sales Operations Administrator (m/f)

Linz

 Responsibilities

  • Support sales representatives and the sales management team with all aspects of sales
  • Demos, NDA’s, Test Licenses and RFP responses
  • Sales programs and marketing initiatives
  • Co-ordination of tele sales
  • Quality of the CRM System
  • Provides in co-operation with Product Management appropriate level of support to channel partners
  • Support Marketing Events
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Ensure accuracy of contracts and orders. Work with employees in other departments to resolve any questions, and ensure that the processing is progressing in a timely manner
  • Sales reporting
  • Audit and maintain Sales bookings log to ensure credit is given to Sales Rep's
  • Sales Process and training definition
  • Field compensation plans
  • Perform other tasks that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • +2 years experience in an equal position
  • Graduate degree preferably in business administration or marketing. Higher degree, such as MBA or Marketing qualification from recognized national or international body is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Proven experience in supporting direct and partner sales within a business to business IT company. Knowing already the DAM segment and how to address the CMO would be a clear advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), German language and English (German as native) are a must.
