Support Engineer (m/f)

Tasks

As competent technical contact for our partners are you responsible for the frictionless operation of our software products in different projects.

The tasks include:

  • Technical 2nd or 3rd level support for our Digital Asset Management solution celum IMAGINE (no end-user support)
  • Analysis and solution of challenging tasks in close cooperation with partners and our development-team
  • Support of our Implementation partners in the technical implementation of projects
  • Creation and editing of high-end technical documentation for our partners
  • Realization of trainings for education and qualification of partners and employees
  • Quality assurance of our API

Qualifications

  • Profound technical qualification (University, FH, HTL)
  • Experience in software development
  • Understanding of object-orientated modelling
  • Know-How/Interest in Java, DBMS, J2EE, O/R Mapping, web-technologies, XML, REST
  • Analytical and solution-orientated reasoning
  • Very good English skills
