The celum Story
celum was born in 1999 in a garage in Linz, Austria. 2 guys, bored with University and inspired by the possibilities web-enabled technologies can bring, started a since then profitable and fully privately owned company.
Now, 10 years later, celum has more than 250 customers in 24 countries. 40 employees work from 2 offices - and many more all over the world to follow soon. We are dedicated to our international customers and partner base. It is an extraordinary story of passion, endurance and success.
What does “celum” mean? celum is derived from the latin word “caelum” meaning “heaven, sky above”. We think the name fits, as we see no limits but challenges that want to be mastered.
