As a $2 billion health care organization, we have a very active marketing, communications and creative services division. At any given time, we have thousands of photos in our archives – some historical, some marketing and advertising based, some related to current news, and others that are simply portraitures or architectural shots.

celum IMAGINE allows us to archive all of these photos in a single location and make them readily browse-able by our entire marketing/communications team, no matter their location. Using the optional pin code feature, we’re also able to involve our freelance designers and photographers by giving them direct access to parts of our total library.

Bottom line is that celum IMAGINE has been an excellent tool for organizing the photos and other large files we have and getting them to those who need them.
