celum supports LifeBall 2009

LifeBall 2009 – Austria’s most famous and glamorous charity Event – was supported this year by celum and PXP Software AG.

Even before the big event started, the 15 official Lifeball photographers uploaded pictures into celum SWIFT – thanks to this possibility, the press-team had  actual photos of the event in no time. So the pictures could be viewed and sent via PIN-LINK and a webgate (lifeball.pxp.eu/webgate) to the press and the mass media.

During the LifeBall, high resolution pictures were continuously uploaded by the team of photographers. These pics were then tagged and published

External to these steps, a workflow was also set up so that the administration could  be a bit more easier. The team of photographers still have the possibility to upload reworked pictures, actualize or change them

Thanks to the cooperation with celum, the LifeBall Team got the chance to force the picture communication, and deliver real live pictures to the press and sponsoring partners. Workflows were organized between Photographers, Press team and the Photo teams so that they could handle every upcoming challenge.
